In order to resolutely implement the important decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on epidemic prevention and control, and resolutely implement the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control in Hubei Province and Xiangyang City, the company has quickly taken strong measures to actively cooperate with local governments and communities to do a good job in joint prevention and control, and comprehensively ensure the life safety and health of employees. On January 29, 2020, Tai-based Semiconductor set up a leading group to fight against new pulmonary inflammation, established the company's prevention and control work organization system, and the chairman served as the leader, so that the whole company has a leadership core, a plan and the corresponding responsible person.

In the face of the epidemic, the company actively assumed social responsibilities. On the fourth day of the first lunar month (January 28) after the outbreak of the epidemic, the company donated RMB 1 million to Xiangyang Red Cross Society for the special purpose of epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, the company's party committee organized 57 party members to donate money, and organized all party members to report to their communities and actively participate in community prevention and control work. As a member of Hubei and Xiangyang, we are willing to work with all the people of Hubei and the whole country to unite and contribute our own strength to the defense of the territory and epidemic prevention.

During the shutdown of the epidemic, the company, in accordance with the spirit of the superior department on scientific prevention and control and orderly business resumption, carefully prepared the prevention and control plan for business resumption, and formulated a phased, orderly and gradual production resumption plan in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and safety. After the on-site inspection and review of Xiangcheng District prevention and Control headquarters, the approval was returned to work on March 12. At present, the resumption of work and production is in an orderly way. It is expected that the company's production capacity can be restored to the highest level before the epidemic on March 23.

During the company shutdown, many customers, suppliers, and partners called or expressed their condolences and support to the company through other means. During the epidemic period, most customers used the way of locking business in advance to feedback the demand forecast and guide our lean production scheduling and delivery; At the same time, in order to further ensure the safety of the supply chain, Taiji actively communicates with customers and upstream and downstream partners of the industrial chain to lock in the supply of raw materials. The main key material supplier is the tab-based material inventory reserve in advance of the resumption of production. After the resumption of work, some suppliers organize trans-provincial freight vehicles to overcome the difficulties of logistics obstruction, and ship urgently needed materials from more than 1,000 kilometers outside the company; After the resumption of work, many suppliers arrange personnel to work overtime under the condition of high personnel pressure, and provide security services for point-to-point docking with the company, and give strong support to the delivery of products.

During the home period before the resumption of work, all the staff of the company responded to the needs of customers by means of information technology and online office, and maintained smooth communication between customer service and market business. After the resumption of work, the company's supply chain quickly recovered, the production line quickly entered the normal operation state, the process control and quality assurance system has started to operate simultaneously, the production and process control of products are strictly in accordance with the quality system of Taiji Stock, the company's mass production and delivery advantages began to gradually reflect, we will continue to work hard to ensure that we provide customers with high-quality products and services.
