In the face of the sudden epidemic, the company responded quickly and established a prevention and control headquarters with General Manager Xing as the leader on January 29 to deploy various protection work during the epidemic. Xing especially stressed that the company must be concerned about understanding the physical condition of each staff, to ensure the health and safety of all employees. As long as the staff and their families of Taiji are concerned every day, no matter where we are, we are not a person fighting the epidemic, but a collective solidarity and love to fight together. During the shutdown of the epidemic, the on-site prevention and control team of the company, under the leadership of Minister Xu Guanghua, Hu Yaojun and all the staff on duty stuck to the company for more than 40 days, fully implemented the requirements of the company's epidemic prevention, and ensured the health and safety of the company and family members. At the same time, they served the community, sent food and bought medicine, abandoned their personal selves, and ensured the safety of one side. Party members living in the Taiji family area have done a professional and meticulous job of setting up card points at the gate, taking shifts on duty, distributing epidemic prevention materials, and publicizing epidemic prevention knowledge. Everyone's efforts, in exchange for all the Tai-based employees and their families, all the staff of the company's family hospitals, no one infected, no one suspected infection results!

Our company is a responsible enterprise, in the face of the epidemic, the company actively shoulder social responsibilities, after the outbreak of the second day of the first lunar month (January 28), the company to Xiangyang Red Cross donated 1 million yuan, special for epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, the company's Party committee organized 57 party members to donate 5,800 yuan, and organized all party members to report to their communities and actively participate in community prevention and control work. Affected by the epidemic, the company stopped work for more than 40 days, and the production, sales and other operational activities were completely stopped, during which the company suffered tremendous impact and pressure. In an emergency, we have a team of people who can fight and take responsibility. During the epidemic, when the company needed to temporarily organize emergency shipments, many employees living in the company's family hospital volunteered to actively cooperate with the company's emergency work. Marketing Department Xiao Li and planning department Li Fei, one outside coordination, one in the company on-site organization, family staff Yu Haixia, Wu Chen, Shi Hui, Xu Su, Liu Yang, veteran party members Qin Zunrong and other personnel, actively participate in the emergency delivery work. The epidemic is a severe test for the company, for the first time in history, the entire quarter has a month and a half in the state of production, market sales and other major business indicators were seriously affected, some important customer development work, key project work stalled, some orders lost, some customers have doubts about the company's confidence, this impact may be long-term. But we firmly believe that the difficulties facing the company are temporary. The company has developed and deployed a comprehensive response plan, as long as we work together and work together, we can certainly make up for the time delayed by the shutdown, rush back the delayed work, grab back the lost orders, and minimize the impact of the epidemic.

The company's resumption of work has been on track, but the accumulation of urgent orders for thyristors, modules, radiators and components is still at a high level, and the inventory of semi-finished products such as chips and wafers is also facing a tight situation. At this stage, whether we can deliver in time and serve customers well is a test under special circumstances and an opportunity to enhance customer confidence, which plays a key role in stabilizing the business situation in the second quarter and the whole year.
